vacationing {south florida destination photographer}

I remember vacationing in Miami when I was a kid living in NY. We would visit my grandparents on Collins Ave in Miami Beach, and I would get obsessed with memorizing the order of all the hotels on the beach. I even wrote them down, after forcing my parents to drive really slow down the strip, just for that purpose. And, I loved it when my parents would give us money to spend in the extremely touristy gift shops. I'm sure I always left proudly with some crazy knick knack that had FLORIDA emblazened across it. I definitely enjoy photographing families visiting from out of state, and this was no exception. Although we planned to use more of the boardwalk area at the beach, when we got there, we found that it was torn down, under construction. We grabbed a few images on the only area left, and then made our way to the beach. The boys were a lot of fun, racing around, enjoying the beach and the warm weather. I love it when couples, especially ones who are parents, want photos of just them. They are some of my favorites, along with the others below. Enjoy your Sneak Peek!
